When having both Crystal Healing or Spiritual Healing you may experience heat or tingling, weightlessness or deep relaxation, these are all signs of energy rebalancing. You might feel very emotional, or energised, or feel that nothing at all has happened. Sometimes people fall asleep. This is all quite normal. Rebalancing may occur days or weeks after the treatment, and you may suddenly realise that a change has taken place. Both crystals and Spiritual Healing can work very subtly and everyone is different.
